OLD AGE

Overview

As time goes on, the human body ages both on the inside and on the outside. As much as we’d like to fight it, our bodies are gradually aging from the day we are born. Sometimes, however, the symptoms of old age creep up on us.

As humans grow older, new problems begin to present themselves physically, including brittle bones, weaker immune systems, dryer skin, and slower physical movement.

Psychologically, older people may begin to experience problems with cognitive functions such as memory, attention, and language skills.

All of the other conditions presented on this Website can also be attributed to an aging body and mind. While not definite in diagnosis, old age is a natural occurrence.
