ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

Unfortunately, Alzheimer’s disease has no known cure. However, various medications are used to ease the symptoms and some of the secondary conditions, such as behavioral problems or insomnia.  

Many caregivers are not aware that several drug treatments exist that have been shown to stabilize symptoms. One group of drugs has been approved for use in beginning to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.

Different treatments exist for each stage of Alzheimer’s disease so be sure to speak with your doctor or healthcare professional immediately if you suspect Alzheimer’s disease.
