When you need answers to questions about senior centers, assisted living facilities, Medicare, nursing homes, and many other community services, our experienced and certified Information & Assistance staff will help you without charge. If you are looking for resources and services in the community, such as transportation, homemaker services, senior employment or social and educational opportunities, we will connect you to the right place. Our services are not limited to seniors but also include persons with disabilities and children.

Alzheimer's Association Greater Indiana Chapter
The Alzheimer's Association provides vital services and support to individuals, families, and care partners. We serve 73 counties in Indiana. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Area 9 Agency
The Area 9 Agency is working with the FSSA Division of Aging to introduce and implement the new OPTIONS program that will support the full range of long term care options for older Hoosiers, in addition to traditional nursing homes (care). These options include assisted living, congregate living, adult foster care and adult day services.

Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care, Inc.

IHPCO works to enhance and enrich end-of-life experiences for Hoosiers by normalizing communication about death and dying issues; to empower an informed public to understand and choose options that support their own end-of-life care goals; to increase consumer awareness and participation in end-of-life decision making; to promote quality end-of-life care that is available to all terminally ill persons and their families regardless of age, gender, nationality, race, creed, sexual orientation, disability, diagnosis, geographical location, availability of a primary caregiver, or ability to pay.
