We are proud to offer statewide programs that have a positive impact on Minnesotans. We are working hard to improve air quality indoors and outdoors. HSI (Human Services, Inc.)

HSI's Resources for Eldercare division empowers seniors, persons with disabilities, and their caregivers to maintain dignity, well-being, and independence. Services include caregiver coaching and support, Circle of Friends Adult Day program, Meals on Wheels, service coordination, and volunteer services. HSI, as a whole, also offers transportation, outpatient mental health for children and adults, domestic abuse services, and assistance with chemical abuse.

Minnesota Falls Prevention
This website provides information for both older adults and professionals to help reduce falls in Minnesota. Here you will find easy, inexpensive ideas that help reduce and prevent falls.

Falls and fall-related injuries among adults over age 65 are on the rise. Currently Minnesota ranks fourth among states in the number of fall-related deaths and Minnesota’s rate of falls among the elderly is increasing at a faster rate than the rest of the country. Statistics that can be decreased for this almost silent problem.

In response to this serious public health concern, the Minnesota Board on Aging and the Minnesota Departments of Health and Human Services are partnering with numerous public and private organizations to undertake a statewide coordinated evidence-based falls prevention initiative.
