Aging & Disability Services Administration-Washington State

Visit the Aging and Disability Services Administration Website for information for an adult who needs long-term care or for a caregiver providing the care. You will find information on finding local services, housing options, caregiver resources and respite care, how to pay for services including possible benefits and applying for Medicaid, and information on adult abuse and prevention.

ALS Association Evergreen Chapter
The ALS Association (ALSA) is the only national organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. The Association and its widespread network of volunteer-led chapters and support groups, along with its certified ALS clinics, wage battle against the disease. By encouraging, identifying funding and monitoring worldwide ALS directed research, The ALS Association is working towards its mission to find a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. In addressing the needs of ALS patients, ALSA is achieving its mission to improve the quality of life for ALS patients and their families. The ALS Association also advocates for public policy in support of ALS-related health care issues.
